Greetings from hazy and cold NYC. I spoke with our Chinese teacher--this is a box label from a Shanghai store. Top characters are De Yuan Hao (the shop name) which can basically be translated into "Store for Dollar". The central text is that of a fine store selling clothing and hats. Basically a "This is a classy box for what you purchase" The bottom text "If fake you can change it." Gotta love that......
