SOLD This is a horse drawn silver plate napkin ring. The wheels actually work! They go round and round. There is no monogram on the piece. The top border is of ivy and flowers. As you can see in the picture, the top is missing some plate.There is a mark of 213 on the bottom and what is left of a makers mark but it is hard to see now. |
